You’ve packed or compress files from another computer into your usb flash disk. Then you want to move that file into your computer. But something happens. When you scanned your usb flash disk, Avira Antivir detect that your files contain virus. You repaired it but unfortunately Avira Antivir quarantine your file. You have lost the file that contains important information about your job.

It can be happened because when you packed that files (folder) you didn’t realized that there are some viruses on that files or folders. Some viruses will copy themselves into folder that user open or access.

You don’t need to worry about losing your file forever. You can still access your packed file.

What should you do is open Avira AntiVir Panel by clicking Avira icon on the right bottom of your computer. Then go to Administration -> Quarantine

You will get list files that have been quarantined by Avira AntiVir. The files also contain information about file location (Source). Right click on the file that you want then click Restore Object or Restore Object to

You will notice that the file is viruses or contain unwanted programs. Click OK if you want still to restore that files.

After that go to your file location and extract or unpacked that files. If Avira notice that there are virus or unwanted program you can choose Repair or follow default choice from Avira (usually Deny Access)

After finish, you can access your files that you packed from another computer. Remember the files now are clean because Avira has already remove virus that follow on your packed file.
